Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Glitch Store ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based billing model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per API call. New accounts receive 100 trial credits. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of verified service errors. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. API Usage

You agree to use APIs within the documented rate limits. You may not resell, redistribute, or proxy API access to third parties without authorization. Automated abuse detection may temporarily suspend access.

5. API Keys

API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your keys. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately via the dashboard. We are not liable for unauthorized usage of your keys.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, remaining credits are forfeited unless a refund is approved by support.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
